1. Working with all stakeholders to rezone for higher density (Town, Strata Owners, Community, Mortgage holders, Architect)
2. Removing the remainder parcel from the exiting strata.
3. Amalgamating property from the first strata into the remainder parcel.
4. Applying for a demo permit fort the Qualicum College Inn.
5. Demo of the 4 story Qualicum College Inn by hand and saving the first growth material for resale to a local wood reseller.
